Shipping Information

We are based in the UK and ship worldwide. We normally send your items with Royal Mail or DPD in the UK, and Royal Mail or DHL for international orders.  We use a signed for service for all items. Delivery costs calculated by the size and weight of the items in your order and confirmed at the checkout. When ordering more than one item the delivery prices apply to each piece. The delivery charge is per piece of artwork ordered as each one has to be boxed / crated for safe shipping. 

Once your order is on its way, we will send you an email with the details to track your parcel.

Lead Times

  • Silk Scarves are normally delivered within 3 - 5 working days
  • Unframed prints are normally delivered within 3 - 5 working days
  • Framed prints are normally delivered within 10 - 15 working days
  • Cushions are normally delivered within 5 - 7 working days


Custom Duties

Based on the country of origin and the final destination, some orders may be subject to customs and/or import fees. Customs fees are calculated based on import, brokerage, duties, and taxes, and are NOT included in the delivery fee quoted at checkout. They will be assessed once the artwork enters the destination country and must be paid by the order recipient. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Please note that any customs or import charges incurred by the customer are non-refundable. All duty and tax charges are payable by the recipient, and are not the responsibility of Kate Morgan Studio.

 

How will I receive my delivery?

All items are sent on a tracked and signed for service and will require a signature upon delivery. We will send you an email with tracking details once your order leaves our studio, so you can stay up to date with the progress of your delivery and plan accordingly.

 

Orders of Multiple Items

Multiple items will usually be delivered together unless we are out of stock of a certain item or the lead times vary. To give and example framed artwork has a longer lead time than an unframed artwork or cushion so these may be shipped separately, if this happens you will be notified.

If you would like to check if items will be shipped separately or together, please contact us. We may charge for the additional shipment, depending on the circumstances. If you require items to be sent to different addresses, please complete one order for each address.
