Returns
We put a lot of effort into ensuring all our products are up to a high standard and we hope you are delighted with your order. However If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at info@katemorganstudio.com
Please note that the returns policy does not apply to original artworks which we have framed.
We operate a 14 day returns policy from when you receive your order - you will need to contact us via email to advise us of your intentions to return within 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund
Items will be refunded providing that you have not used the item; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. Please return the item in the original packaging
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase inside your parcel. Please include a note with your name and order number. If you are unsure as to whether you can return an item, please contact us before sending
To return your item(s), please email us within 14 days of your receipt of the purchase and we will provide you with the appropriate returns address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
The cost of returning the goods and the safe return of goods is your responsibility until the order is received at our returns address; therefore we suggest using a tracked or recorded delivery service, we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
For high-value items we recommend you insure the costs of goods before you send them
Your refund will be issued to the card used when placing the order once the return has been processed. Allow up to 10-15 days for a refund from the date of receipt of goods. Unfortunately, shipping costs and/or import duties are non refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, normally within 5-10 working days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
FAULTY ITEMS
In the event of the goods being faulty, we would advise customers to contact us on info@katemorganstudio.com as soon as possible. and within 14 working days of receiving the item. We will usually ask for photos so we can understand the issue, and in some instances we may need to collect the item from you for inspection. If deemed faulty we will arrange for a replacement or refund to be sent to you.
